It is important to point out that the overall lightness, or darkness, or color range or value range, will vary according to what platform you are on (Macintosh or PC), as well as what type of monitor you have (256 or thousands of colors) and your monitor's contrast and brightness settings. For these reasons there is no way to accurately determine an image's true color or value when viewed on a computer. SIZE RELATIONSHIPS Remember a tiny image of a large work of art or photograph, will have a different impact in its original size. Try to imagine the art larger and - thus - less intricate in appearance.
